Hey! I’m Dakayla.
I know that the gym can be an intimidating place for a lot of people, and I want to help you break that barrier. My main goal as a trainer is to encourage my clients to find the same joy and confidence in movement that I have over the years. There are a ton of different paths to being healthier and happier—let’s find yours!
About Me:
I’ve loved moving my body for as long as I can remember. When I wasn’t busy using the Alaskan wilderness as my playground, I was playing volleyball. When I wasn’t playing volleyball, I was throwing shotput and discus—which led to me competing in college at University of Alaska Anchorage and led to me getting pretty dang good at powerlifting. Somewhere along the road, I also found a love for yoga, swimming, and dancing!
